Who needs a paid user account?
Individual subscriptions cover one person creating, editing, and reviewing work. Read-only viewers and operators being assessed do not each need a paid seat. Multiple contributors or approvers belong on an Enterprise plan.
Does Capture include a browser extension?
No. Upload a process video or a desktop recording made with your preferred recorder. Capture turns that video into an editable instruction.
What changes between Starter and Pro?
Starter includes instruction generation, editing, exports, and basic read-only links. Pro adds shared document collections, QR publishing, and 50 more monthly processing minutes. Controlled approvals and revision workflows remain in Control.
Can I change or cancel my subscription?
Review upgrades in Settings → Billing. Stripe calculates proration for paid upgrades. Contact billing to schedule module removals or a lower plan at renewal. Cancellation stops the next renewal while keeping access through the paid period.
What happens to existing subscribers?
Existing subscribers keep their current terms. Choosing a new offer is an explicit change; annual subscriptions are not silently moved to monthly billing.
What happens to my documents if I stop processing?
Storage only keeps retained documents and existing links available for viewing and downloading. It does not include new processing, editing, release approvals, or new publishing. Existing retention settings still apply to source videos.
